I read a recent article on Seniors and they said that from the US Census Bureau’s National Population Projections report that it’s anticipated by 2030 that one in five people will be retirement age. By 2035, 78 million people will be 65 years old. This will potentially be making it a bigger issue for more of us to consider the housing choices locally.
